How are you feeling? There’s so much going on in the world right now. Some people are feeling fatigued, dizzy, achy, and confused due to universal energy shifts and downloads. Others have felt discouraged, angry, and helpless as you have seen senseless suppression, oppression, and violence against humanity. For some of you it may have felt like a big emotional roller coaster ride. You may have felt sympathy, empathy, and compassion for others. You may have been inspired by the resilience and willingness of human beings helping one another! I know that I have. I hope you’re beginning to settle and find your center more easily as the new week begins. Coming back to center using deep breathing focus on your heart space while your thoughts and feelings calm. This is one way that helps me.
Imagine, once again, that you are the master gardener of your life! It’s you and you alone that determines what you grow and how you nourish your garden. As you imagine its’ design can you see the miracle of a single flower growing from seed into a beautiful bloom? What color is it? How does it smell? Does it enhance the beauty of your garden? Perhaps it’s a symbol that represents the inner change you are going through. In spite of what’s going on around us in the world we still have control over our inner landscape, beliefs, attitudes, and perceptions.
We have the opportunity and ability to ‘weed out’ what no longer fits in our garden or our life! You are an amazing creator and can become more and change your inner landscape as much as you want. What if you were to send the beauty of your garden images to those who are suffering? In your quiet moments this might send a signal of hope, inspiration, and love to someone. We are all connected aren’t we? Trust that your connection will be made. Confucius, Chinese philosopher, poet, and politician said, “Wherever you go, go with all your heart.” Follow your heart. Heart based living is filled with love, compassion, and acceptance!
Imagine that this small action creates a larger ripple like a stone tossed in the water. You may never know the impact of your action. Trust! Leo Tolstoy, Russian writer said that, “Just as one candle lights another and can light thousands of other candles, so one heart illuminates another heart and can illuminate thousands of other hearts.” Let the light and love that you are shine bright. Shine it on your garden as you provide it with nourishment! You’ve got this! I’m sending you lots of love and hope your week is amazing!
